After being left in a stressful position by a rogue trader who failed to finish promised drainage works, Daniel from NOW Drainage came to the rescue.

From the start, Daniel’s communication was outstanding. He used CCTV inspection equipment to talk me through the previous work step-by-step, clearly explaining why it was carried out to a poor standard and what potential issues it would cause if left unresolved. He then presented clear, tailored options for remediation, ensuring we were completely comfortable with the proposed solution.

Ultimately, Daniel and his team re-lined half of our drainage system and replaced the other half - around 15 metres in total. Thanks to their efficient use of a digger, specialist re-lining equipment, and a skilled crew, the entire job was completed in just a single day.

The level of communication, care, and professionalism shown throughout was second to none. I couldn’t recommend Daniel and the NOW Drainage team enough.

If you want quick and efficient work that need to be done NOW drainage is the company to call.
I called up NOW drainage in the late hours of the evening where i was met with a very nice gentleman who discussed and took me through everything in easy to understand fashion. Now drainage did an excellent job with identifying the source of the problem and solution to my blocked drain. The engineer Richard is great at explaining what and why things need to be done. All in all we were very pleased and the bonus was that it was fitted in quickly and everything was cleaned up and tidied up when Richard left.
